The historic reclamation of Donald Trump of the presidency is the worst nightmare for Prince Harry as the anti-migrant crusader could soon send the Duke of Sussex packing.

“I wouldn’t protect him [from deportation]. He betrayed the queen. That’s unforgivable. He would be on his own if it was down to me,” Trump said before taking the oath of office for the second time.

Now, it is reportedly largely “down” to Trump, and the wheels are likely already in motion to kick Prince Harry out of the U.S. along with countless other illegal immigrants.

The legal immigration status of Prince Harry could be jeopardized if he lief about his drug use on his 2020 visa application. Under federal law, that would be enough to get Meghan Markle’s husband a one-way ticket home to the U.K. – or perhaps a third country where the Sussex pair would be more welcome.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle face renewed divorce rumors as reports of a book deal emerge.

In his memoir Spare, Prince Harry admitted to using several drugs, including cocaine, marijuana and magic mushrooms. “No doubt Harry now regrets being so candid in his book. It could ultimately cost him his posh California life,” one royal observer claimed.

For starters, U.S. immigration forms require honesty. When a person applies for a U.S. visa—be it for residency, work or tourism—they should fill out the form and answer questions honestly. These questions usually include whether the applicant has used illegal drugs or has been arrested for drug-related offense.

Lying or withholding a key fact on an immigration form is called “material misrepresentation” under U.S. law. If an applicant says “no” to the question about drug use when the true answer is “yes,” it can be considered misrepresentation.

U.S. officials can revoke the person’s visa or deny future visa applicants should they discover that he lied about drug abuse. In serious cases, he can be deported or deemed “inadmissible” in the future.

In the case of Prince Harry, he could face consequences if he concealed past drug use on his application and officials find out about it later. If proven true, the father of Archie and Lilibet could lose his ability to stay in America, which could potentially force him to return to the U.K. or move elsewhere.

One instance that highlights that U.S. officials often take statements about drug use seriously when deciding who can enter the country is the case of celebrity chef Nigella Lawson, who admitted in court that she had used cocaine.

After that admission, Nigella reportedly faced difficulties traveling to the United States. In 2014, she was reportedly stopped from boarding a flight to the U.S.

Meanwhile, the right-wing Heritage Foundation has long been pressing for the Department of Homeland Security to make Prince Harry’s immigration documents public. In 2024, a judge decided the documents must remain private but that ruling could possibly be eradicated with one sweep of Trump’s pen.

Informants claimed that it could happen “within weeks.” Aside from showing disdain for Prince Harry, vengeful Trump has also revealed that he is “no fan” of “nasty” Meghan, who has disparaged him publicly and supported Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential race.

Trump even believe that deporting Prince Harry will poll well since the Sussex couple has come under increasing fire in the U.S. for what some people see as “shameless” displays of self-promotion.

“[Prince] Harry has good reason to fear that Trump may want revenge, not [only] to punish the prince for undermining the royal family, who the new president reveres. Their poll ratings have fallen further, so any punitive action Trump took could boost the new president’s ratings,” British journalist Tom Bower said.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry face growing speculation about their marriage amid shocking book rumors.

Tattlers claimed Prince Harry, Meghan, Archie and Lilibet are likely to settle in Portugal, where they recently acquired a $4.7 million home, should they be forced to leave their luxurious $14 million mansion in Montecito, California. “It seems they already have a backup plan,” the mole shared.
