Prince Harry may face deportation by an American court as unsympathetic President Donald Trump is hell-bent on tossing the law-breaking immigrant from America.

Prince William’s younger brother could be dragged to defend himself in a reopened lawsuit lodged by the Heritage Foundation.

The conservative think tank is reportedly seeking the release of Prince Harry’s immigration documents amid outrage over how the former “druggie” was allowed to enter the United States of America and questions about his honesty.

For starters, U.S. law requires visa applicants to declare any history of drug use, and false statements could result in deportation.

The 40-year-old husband of Meghan Markle, in his Spare memoir, revealed that he had consumed cocaine, marijuana, and psychedelic mushrooms in 2023.  However, critics demanded to know whether Prince Harry lied on his visa documents or if he got a pass from ex-President Joe Biden’s liberal administration.

“This is truly astonishing moment. It would have been almost unimaginable for a member of the British royal family to be forced to testify in open court and defend their worthiness to be in the United States until now,” an unnamed source told The National Enquirer.

Judge Carl J. Nichols has ordered lawyers from the Department of Homeland Security and the think tank, along with the prince, to meet at a federal court in Washington, D.C.

The Heritage Foundation previously filed a Freedom of Information Act request to release Prince Harry’s application. Still, it was rejected by the same judge during the waning days of Joe’s White House.

“It felt like somebody was pulling strings for Prince Harry,” the anonymous insider told the entertainment news outlet.

Mile Howell, executive director of the think tank’s Heritage Oversight Project, stated that the organization seeks to clarify if Prince Harry was “properly vetted” or given illegal preferential treatment.

“I’ll be urging the president to release Prince Harry’s immigration records, and the president has that legal authority to do that,” Nile Gardiner, director of the Heritage Foundation’s Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom, added.

Most, if not all, fans know that Prince Harry is not likely to receive support from President Donald Trump. The husband of Melania Trump has publicly claimed he “wouldn’t protect.”

Prince Harry and Meghan “betrayed” the late Queen Elizabeth by bad-mouthing the royal family in his memoir, interviews, podcasts and Netflix docuseries. Even though the Duke of Sussex is married to an American, the POTUS suggested he could still get the boot.
