Grant Ellis may have unintentionally spoiled the ending of The Bachelor Season 29, according to body language experts who analyzed his appearance on the Women Tell All special. While fans won’t know the final outcome for a few more weeks, Ellis’ physical reactions have led to speculation that his journey to find love did not end as expected.

Ellis’ Body Language Raises Red Flags

Ellis, 31, appeared tense and uneasy as The Bachelor host Jesse Palmer teased the season’s upcoming finale. His visible discomfort did not go unnoticed by fans, who flooded social media with theories about the show’s conclusion.

One fan commented that Ellis looked “so sad,” while another wrote that something seemed “off.” Others noted his restless movements and distant expressions, fueling rumors that his final decision may not have led to the happy ending he hoped for.

Body language expert Traci Brown weighed in, pointing out specific behaviors that signaled stress and disappointment. She noted that Ellis repeatedly adjusted his clothing, cracked his knuckles, and pressed his lips together—gestures that typically indicate emotional tension.

“He’s adapting all over the place,” Brown said. “Those small, repetitive movements help release stress. When he rolls his lips in, that suggests he’s holding back information or emotion. At one point, his lips pull to the side, which can indicate disappointment or regret.”

Did Grant Ellis Get the Ending He Wanted?

Throughout the season, Ellis has been open about his desire to find a lasting relationship. As the show heads into its final stretch, he is down to three women—Juliana Pasquarosa, Litia Garr, and Zoe McGrady—who will join him in the Fantasy Suites next week.

Despite his strong intentions to propose, Brown suggested that his body language hinted at an unexpected result.

“Likely, he didn’t have the outcome he wanted,” she said. “But we don’t know exactly what he wanted. Body language tells you what someone is feeling, not necessarily why.”

During the Women Tell All special, Ellis reflected on his experience as The Bachelor, admitting that he had moments where he second-guessed his decisions.

“I sit and reflect on things I could’ve done differently,” he said. “Maybe I could’ve watched my words more carefully, but I tried my best.”

As fans continue speculating, Palmer has promised that the upcoming three-hour live finale on March 24 will be one of the most dramatic conclusions in the show’s history.
