Ashley St. Clair, a 26-year-old author, filed a paternity lawsuit against Elon Musk, accusing the tech billionaire of being an unreliable father. She claimed Musk, 53, fails to communicate or act consistently as a parent to their alleged child. St. Clair seeks full custody and a DNA test to prove Musk’s paternity.
    Paternity Dispute Unveiled
St. Clair’s lawsuit, filed Friday, alleges she and Musk began dating in May 2023. She said they had intercourse around Jan. 2, 2024, leading to her son’s conception. Court documents show St. Clair insists Musk is the father, stating she had no other sexual partners at the time.
Her spokesperson told People on Tuesday that money isn’t the issue for St. Clair. Instead, she wants to protect her child’s best interests from Musk’s alleged absence. The filing includes text messages, including one where Musk reportedly expressed excitement about seeing her and the baby.
    Custody Battle Intensifies
St. Clair argued she solely cares for the child, handling medical appointments and daily needs. She alleged Musk once texted her in November 2024, saying he wanted to “knock her up again.” Another message from Feb. 2 reportedly read, “Well, we do have a legion of kids to make.”
Meanwhile, Musk has not commented on the lawsuit, and his representatives did not respond to inquiries. St. Clair first hinted at their child earlier this month, claiming the baby arrived five months ago. If confirmed, this would mark Musk’s 13th child.
The author of “Elephants Are Not Birds (Freedom Island)” stands firm in her claims. She provided screenshots of alleged conversations with Musk to support her case. Additionally, she requested a paternity test to settle the dispute once and for all.
